Gulab Devi Institute of Pharmacy

Introduction

Gulab Devi Institute of Pharmacy (GDIP) was established in 2015. The Pharmacy Council of Pakistan approved it, and an N.O.C was issued in 2016. GDIP is affiliated with the University of the Punjab, Lahore, for degree-granting. The Pharmacy Council of Pakistan accredited GDIP on July 25, 2022.

Gulab Devi Institute of Pharmacy is a reputable pharmacy college/organization dedicated to Pharmaceutical education and research. With a strong emphasis on academic brilliance, research, and community service, Gulab Devi Institute of Pharmacy has gained a sound and prominent position in pharmacy education, producing competent professionals who can make a positive impact in the field of pharmacy and healthcare. Through our hospital and structured clinical student orientation program, we provide our students with the opportunity to engage in patient care, understand therapeutic decision-making, and recognize their role as clinical pharmacists within the healthcare system.

The Gulab Devi Institute of Pharmacy (GDIP), with its congenial academic atmosphere and emphasis on excellence (under the quality supervision of the University of the Punjab), produces pharmacists with innovation, knowledge, and skill. On behalf of the faculty and students of the institution, I, Prof. Dr. Mobasher Ahmad Butt, Dean/Director, welcome your interest in GDIP. The diagnostic feature of GDIP is the training of students in Gulab Devi Hospital. We train our students to apply the in-vogue/latest pharmacotherapy protocols for the rational use of medication for optimum delivery of healthcare services. Students are also educated to design a plan for specialized and critically ill patients for safe and efficient practice of medicine and pharmacy. They cover all HEC/PU recommended syllabus, getting experts in the Pharmaceutical industry as well. A neat and clean homely atmosphere is waiting for you.
