What began as a single vision, a dream to bridge the gap between ambition and opportunity, has today grown into a leading institution. From the day we laid the first brick, my goal was never to build just another campus. I set out to create a sanctuary for excellence, character, and professional growth. Today, Gulab Devi Educational Complex stands as a testament to that journey. This institution was founded on the conviction that quality education is the foundation of a progressive society.

Work on a Postgraduate Medical Institute was started in 2003. The feasibility studies in 2003 ultimately bore fruit and in 2004, Gulab Devi Postgraduate Medical Institute was established and it gained affiliation with University of Health Sciences, Lahore. As a consequence, Diploma in Cardiology (Dip. Card.) and Diploma in Tuberculosis & Chest Diseases (DTCD) were started in 2005 session. In the meanwhile in affiliation with Gulab Devi Hospital the institute was accredited for training in FCPS Cardiology by the College of Physicians & Surgeons Pakistan. The Department of Cardiology at Gulab Devi Hospital has also been recognized for MRCP training by the Royal College of Physicians in England.

In pursuance of the directive of the Governor Punjab, the University of Heath Sciences, Lahore speeded up its efforts for development of highly trained medical personnel. The Gulab Devi postgraduate Medical Institute also enthusiastically responded by commencing training and education for Allied Health Professionals in 2007. Admission was given to candidates for education & training in B.Sc (Hons) Allied Health Sciences in the disciplines of Cardiac Perfusion, Respiratory Therapy, Medical Laboratory Technology, Emergency & Intensive Care Technology and Operation Theater Technology.
