The Gulab Devi Institute of Physiotherapy was established in 2013. It was initially affiliated with the University of Sargodha and is now affiliated with Government College University, Faisalabad (GCUF). The department is integrated within the Gulab Devi Teaching Hospital, providing students with a unique clinical environment where they can observe and treat patients under professional supervision. Since its inception, it has trained numerous physical therapists who are currently serving in various healthcare sectors across Pakistan and internationally.

The institute functions under the umbrella of Gulab Devi Hospital, Lahore, a well-established 1500-bedded tertiary care teaching hospital, along with the Al-Zahra Rehabilitation Centre, providing a strong foundation for comprehensive learning and patient care. We provide our students with extensive education, the best clinical expertise, hands on approach and innovative research in accordance with the international standards. Our alumni are serving within the country and abroad in the leading hospitals, rehab centres, universities and health care systems upholding the values, professionalism and clinical excellence instilled during their training at our institute.
