The Food Analysis Lab, is equipped with advanced analytical tools that provides hands-on experience in evaluating nutritional content through proximate analysis, physicochemical and phytochemicals analysis, calorie calculating etc. and ensuring compliance with food standards.
The Nutritional Assessment Lab is a dedicated for analyzing and evaluating dietary patterns, nutritional status, and health outcomes. Equipped with advanced tools and methodologies, the lab enables students to assess body composition and nutrient intake.
