Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) 4-Year

The BSN degree program at Al-Aleem Institute of Nursing is a four-year professional program designed to prepare skilled, compassionate, and confident nurses. With strong academic foundations and hands-on clinical training at a 1500-bedded teaching hospital, students develop the expertise needed for modern healthcare.

Affiliated with the University of Health Sciences and recognized by the Pakistan Nursing and Midwifery Council, the BSN program opens pathways to diverse career opportunities, advanced studies, and international employment.

Objectives:

• To promote and strengthen the nursing skill for better competence in the nursing profession in general and patient care in particular.
• Generate new knowledge that contributes to the advancement of health, health care, and nursing science.
• Communicate, integrate, and apply advanced nursing knowledge and skills to provide equitable, evidence-based, inclusive nursing care and promote quality outcomes in nursing and health care.
• Prepare nursing graduates to assume responsibility for preventive, promotive, curative & rehabilitative care of patients at the hospital and community levels.
• To provide qualified nurses to the country to cope with advancement in Medical Science and Technology.
• Enhance the Professional Growth of Nursing through Continued Research Process.
• Maintain the dignity & standard of the Nursing Profession through equitable evidence-based, culturally sensitive care to the patients.
• Use collaborative, interdisciplinary, and innovative approaches to advance nursing science. 
• To meet the shortage of qualified nursing personnel in the country in general.
