Institute of Pharmacy

Introduction:

  • GDIP was established in 2015.
  • GDIP was approved by Pharmacy council of Pakistan in 2016 and N.O.C has been issued.
  • GDIP is affiliated with University of the Punjab, Lahore for degree granting.
  • We offer Pharm-D Program (5 years degree).
  • Currently we have four professional classes and in the next session we will be having our five classes complete.

Mission:

The mission of the Gulab Devi Institute of Pharmacy is to develop pharmacy graduate having latest concepts with special emphasis on clinical pharmacy education, practice, research, and public service, to improve health outcomes. Emphasis on clinical pharmacy education is meant:

  1. To enhance knowledge of drug-drug interaction
  2. To enhance drug information skills
  3. To enhance therapeutic monitoring skills
  4. To solve medication related problems
  5. To enhance counselling and communication skills.

  1. As analysts, experts, heads and directors in Drug Testing Laboratories.

  5. Pharmacy Education (Teaching) in Public Universities
